My son's first fish ever.
this is my biggest fish ever it was a real battle for me at times I wanted to give up but the fight is what it's all about and I pushed through to win this monster tuna , one of the accurate reels would of made my job easier
My buddy Zach and I caught this yellow coming out of mission bay at the end of the harbor jetty. I saw some bait on the surface and chucked a salas 6x jr. let it sink, wind, wind, wind.....hookup!!!!. Must have been in 15- 20 feet of water. Pure Stoke.
2 day on the Pacific Star
Day 1: Most of us on board got skunked on that day. This was very disheartening for me because I don't get to go out as much as I would like to.
Day 2: I decided on that day early in the morning that I will be happy with whatever the outcome would be. Their wasn't much happening this day either. I was still grateful for being out there and meeting new friends and doing something I love. It was towards the end of the day, I was soaking a bait, cracking jokes with my neighbor, when the line started zipping off. (That beautiful ZzZzZzZzZzZ sound) I did a count off, popped her in gear, and muscled that fish for the next 30-40 mins. Having the opportunity to just be there on my first 2 day trip was worth it for me. Catching my first bluefin, and winning my first jackpot was just icing on the cake.
My buddy thought it would be it would funny to give me rabbit ears in the picture since I caught this nice yellowtail on my Boss Magnum 270 and he got skunked!
A nice kelp paddy yellow on the Excel in the summer!!! 34lbs!! The 2-speed would be nice for the next trip!!
Photo is my brother and his son Brian. This was Brian's first offshore trip and he caught this YT on his very first cast on a spinning rod. We were certain this beast was going to pull Brian overboard as we were on my brother's bay boat - no rails on the bow.
I kept telling him that if he went overboard not to let go of my rod. Several times I had to hold onto his life vest straps from behind although he was probably fine I was a bit paranoid. This was a great day on the water.
Women's former IGFA Record Mako on 4 lb, live release record before that existed. Caught using an Accurate Boss 270
A nice Yellow on the Yo-Yo Salas 6x jr scramble egg at Cedros on the Excel !! No mercy on 60lb!!
On an Accurate trip in 2015. It wasn't a wide-open trip but the people were phenomenal. Good friends, good fishing and a decent hall of 100 to 225 pound yellowfin at Hurricane bank. Long range fishing (like drugs)...don't do it if you don't want to get addicted.
I caught this nice 24" corbina off SMB a few years back. I really need to upgrade to an Accurate Twin Spin for my next surf outfit !!!

You are right. We don't. Heck, we got it done on Barbie rods. But, I'm pretty sure it'll be a lot nicer with this little gem. .
So, you'll have to buy your own
